Of Franco-Italian origin,   born in Nice in 1988, Sabrina Condello is currently recognized as a violinist distinguished by her eclecticism, and her desire to decompartmentalize the boundaries between different musical backgrounds. Present on both classical and world music stages, it is also open to baroque music and contemporary creation.

 

She began learning the violin at the age of seven at the Prince Rainier III Academy of Music in Monaco, where she obtained her Perfectionnement Prize in the class of Louis-Denis OTT.  

 

In 2008  she discovers the tango, meeting the Argentinian composer and pianist  Gustavo Beytelmann, former member of the Astor Piazzolla Octet. It will be a real revelation for her, and from then on this music will continue to gain importance in her artistic development.

 

In 2009  she is admitted to the  Geneva University of Music, where she will receive the teaching of  Marie-Annick Nicolas, then  by Alexander Rozhdestvensky  which will push her in particular to ignore conventions, and to open up to other repertoires beyond classical music. She obtained her Master of Concert diploma.

 

BSI Music Masters Monaco scholarship holder from 2008 to 2011, she participated during these three years in master-class cycles given by Renaud Capuçon.

 

Laureate of  Concorso Val Tidone  (Italy) in duo with pianist Juliette Aridon-Kocioleck, then  FNAPEC competition  (Paris) with Quinteto Respiro, she had the opportunity to perform at festivals such as Pablo Casals (France), Printemps des Arts (Monte-Carlo), Printemps Musical des Alizés (Essaouira), Nocturnes Sainte- Victoire or the Lille Piano (s) Festival.

 

In 2019  she forms a bandoneon-violin duo with the internationally renowned bandoneonist  Victor Hugo Villena. They create together an original repertoire mixing Tango, classical and contemporary music.

 

She participates as solo violin in the new recording of the percussionist  Simone rubino  dedicated to Bach and Piazzolla.

 

In 2020, it integrates the  Mahlerian Camerata  as first violin.  

 

She participates in the new CD of Victor Hugo Villena "  Bandoneon Duos  »In a Bach and Tango repertoire.

 

She participates in the new program "  Paranà  »Of the baroque ensemble  La Chimera, led by  Eduardo Egüez
